Built for High-Pressure PTFE Plumbing
The EVIL ENERGY AN Crimp PTFE Hose End Fitting is engineered for builders who need a permanent, vibration-proof connection on E85 fuel systems, dry-sump oil lines, power steering, transmission cooling, and turbo oil feed/return runs. Once crimped, the fitting becomes part of the hose assembly, eliminating the loosening risk that reusable-style fittings can develop on high-vibration platforms.
Choose the Right Angle for a Clean Routing
- Straight (0°) — long runs, bulkhead pass-throughs, radiator to reservoir
- 45° — moderate bends around headers or intake plenums
- 90° — tight turns off fuel rails, oil coolers, and catch cans
- 180° — U-turn returns from fuel pressure regulators and surge tanks
All angles share a 360° swivel female nut, so the hose can be positioned without pre-loading a twist in the PTFE liner — a common cause of premature hose failure.
Crimp-On Installation
Installation is permanent and requires a hydraulic or bench-style AN crimping machine with the correct die for the AN size. See our AN Hose Crimper Tool & Die Set for compatible tooling. Crimp diameter specs are printed on each die — do not exceed manufacturer values.



PTFE Hose Only — Why It Matters
Crimp fittings are dimensionally matched to the wall thickness of PTFE stainless braided and PTFE nylon braided hose. Using them on CPE, standard rubber, or push-lock rubber hose creates an incomplete seal and voids the 1500 PSI rating. If you're running rubber, use our Push-On Hose End Fittings instead. For a complete PTFE build, pair with our PTFE Braided Hose and AN Adapter Fittings.

Rotate the female nut freely to align the hose without pre-loading a twist in the PTFE liner.
