- Installation Steps: Refer to the specific repair manual before service. First, drain the coolant from the old radiator, disconnect hoses and lines, and remove the radiator. Then, install the new radiator and reconnect lines and fittings with the specified torque. Next, flush the cooling system thoroughly. Finally, fill the cooling system with a 50/50 coolant/distilled water mixture.
- Regular Maintenance: Conduct annual cooling system maintenance. Test for electrolysis by checking the current on the radiator. Use test strips to measure coolant acidity to prevent corrosion. Do not mix different types of coolant.
